What is the cost to play Supreme 7v7?
The National Travel Team fee is $750, which includes costs for 2 jerseys, 2 shorts, mouth guards, gloves, skull cap and other accessories from Battle. The team fee also includes practice facility costs, which is at the Bo Jackson Elite Sports Dome, the premiere indoor facility in Illinois. The team fee cost does NOT include fees for each tournament. Those will be done on a pay per play situation where athletes pay only for the tournaments that they can play in.
Local team fees are $500 and include jerseys and turf time for practice for the in-house league we play in. Any local tournament that we play in will fall under the same pay per play format as we use for the National Travel Team.
How many players will be taken on each team?
We will roster each team with 2, possibly 3 QB’s and approximately 15-20 skill players on the National Travel Teams.
We will roster 2, possibly 3 QB’s and approximately 15-20 players on the Local Teams.
Who covers the cost for flights, hotel and expenses for the National Team?
We do NOT gouge our parents for a high team fee to pay for travel or expenses for other players, like our competition does. We do, however, have a team travel concierge with 8+ years experience in the travel industry who can help with getting the least costly airfare & hotels when we travel. Travel to national events at Battle (Miami, Vegas, etc.) are covered by the athlete and his family. We do try to use Air B&B to rent homes to allow players to be housed if their parents or guardians are not available to travel.
What if I can't afford the team fee or travel costs to play Supreme?
We don’t overcharge the masses to help cover the costs for the small handful of talented athletes who feel like they can’t afford to play Supreme. If you feel like there is value in playing with our program, you can fund raise or do what you need to do to cover the costs to play for Supreme. We also offer a payment plan of three payments of $250 on Jan 1 (to lock in your roster spot), February 1 and March 1.
Where are practices located and how often do we practice?
Teams will practice at the 9 million dollar Bo Jackson Elite Sports Dome, 1000 Commerce Ct., Bensenville, IL. BJESD is THE premiere indoor facility in Illinois and across the Midwest and is the official home of Bo Jackson Elite Supreme 7v7.
We played for anotber program in the past. Can athletes play on both teams when the other is not playing in a tournament?
There is absolutely no possible way to make that work.
As a Battle team, what gear is involved?
We will have a few different jerseys and short combinations during the season for various tournaments and league play. We are putting together the swag package per player but realize that Battle awards apparel and accessories to their teams based on success. Win and receive more and more gear.
What if I have baseball or lacrosse practice and games all winter and can’t make many of the Supreme practices and will miss some games?
Then you are probably on the right path to being a baseball or lacrosse player. Good luck. Unfortunately we will NOT take on athletes on the National Travel Team who play sports that get in the way of 7v7. We understand you play other sports and we support that. But we also need athletes who can commit to this program for games and tournaments.
